The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has announced two regulatory actions scheduled for consideration at its May 28, 2026 Board Meeting in Sacramento. These proposals may be of interest to stakeholders affected by greenhouse gas compliance and reporting requirements:

Public comment periods for both actions open January 23 and close March 9, 2026. Those wishing to provide input should plan ahead to ensure comments are submitted by the deadline.

CARB will post the full Board agenda approximately 10 days before the meeting, and remote participation via Zoom will be available for those unable to attend in person.
