The next workshop on staff’s proposed amendments to the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) will be held on Wednesday, April 10th. This workshop was scheduled in lieu of the board presentation on staff’s recommendations that was originally set in March 2024. Discussion items will include potential refinements to the proposed carbon intensity benchmarks and additional consideration of the proposed sustainability guardrails, according to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) announcement.
