The 2025 Carl Moyer Program application period has been extended by two weeks. Applications under Program Announcement PA2025-03 will now be accepted until July 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM PT. This extension provides additional time for applicants seeking funding to replace older vehicles and equipment with cleaner alternatives.

Notably, for the On-Road category, applicants may now submit for reduced awards to replace existing vehicles with natural gas-powered models that meet the NOx 0.05 g/bhp-hr standard. These applications will be evaluated pending South Coast AQMD Board approval.
