The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released its 2022 Scoping Plan Update draft. This action starts a formal 45-day comment period, after which staff will present the draft Plan to the CARB Board at their June meeting for initial review.   Final Board adoption is scheduled for the Fall 2022.

As we continue to work through the document, CNGVC applauds staff for selectin a Scoping Plan scenario that is measured and considerate of the monumental task before us. We look forward to working with staff to finalize a sustainable and achievable clean transportation plan that is technology neutral and values public health and equity while preserving a thriving economy.
